Michael owen just signed a 2 year deal to play for man utd today does anyone think it was a good move for utd?

its a great move fo owen because i dont think even he could see this coming.i didn't..i was only answering a question about him being a possible target for utd two weeks ago and i basically laughed it off as a wind up..but now its happened for real..ok so he cost no transfer fee,took a cut in wages,and basically gets paid as he plays..good business in that scence..but i think hes probably past his best and will spend more time in the treatment room than available for selection.and then on top of that hes a l/pool great..im just not sure about this one although i trust fergie unconditionally..what do ye all think?
