What is the pword to play online on your play station 3?

I own a ps3 and I internet at my house and it is asking me for a pword. I have already called the company and they said that it is in the constructions. But i just can't seem to find it! Does anyone have a ps3 and can tell me the pword? Please help! :) Thanks, Rosie Paige
