My puppy gags after eating. Why?

She ingested a beef hide bone without me knowing and she threw up most of it but that was a couple of weeks ago. She's still gagging but nothing is coming up! Oh! and she's a 3 month miniature schnauzer and I've had her for about 3 weeks!
