Banquet Hall Price! HElP...............?

So i found a amazing hall to have my reception and it also has a ceremony site to die for. I was initially just looking for reception site but the ceremony site is free so we would do it there to. There is only one problem.....It is 1000 over our budget. It comes with a full course dinner, the price i talked the guy down to was taking off to of the dinner items. Any one have any ideas on how to get the price down! I love this place but it is over budget. It comes with linen,tables,food, just the basics. Any tips advice would be great. If they wont go down i have another site in mind but not as good as this site.
