Public Relations software?

I don't want to download Microsoft Office (Don't question) and I'm starting a Public Relations team for our club and I need to make a lot of ads, brochures, flyers, and forms. Does anyone know of a software that I can use for all of this (NOT MS Office!) that is also free?
