Queensland Law - Still illegal to walk 3 a?

Is it still illegal to walk 3 a - I believe Joh Bjelke-Peterson's (ex-Premier Queensland) era brought that one in. Apparently if you did so you could be charged with inciting riotous behaviour. Has that archaic law been repealed?
