Cough After Bronchitis?

Okay so I took a z-pak antibiotic for what the doctor calls Bronchitis. While My phlem is now clear and my coughing not out of control, I still have a cough and seem to be developing a runny nose. IS it possible to get a cold right after Bronchitis, or could I still have symptoms of Bronchitis though the antibiotic is done?
