How to legally keep my LLC in Florida?

Check the laws in FL. I don't know that it matters where the principal lives as long as a majority of operations are in FL. In other words, as long as you maintain a business address in FL and pay FL taxes--I don't see why it matters where you live or where your mail is forwarded.
