3 Week old daughter congested...Help please!!?

My daughter is 3 weeks old and I am guessing caught a cold from my 18 month old son. She is very congested in the nose and coughing. She is NOT running a fever or anything, but IS spitting up more than usual. I have suctioned her nose all night long in hopes of helping her breathe better and sleep better, but she still sounds horrible. Does anyone have any suggestions??
