Need to get sounds from 2 macs to 1 set of JBL Creature speakers?

Okay, So im getting a second mac for christmas and I intend on setting it up right next to my mini. I currently have a set of JBL creature II speakers hooked up to the mini. My question is, If i were to get a set of headphone splitters, since my input on the sub for the jbl speakers is an auxillary, could i run an auxillary cord from each mac, and get sound form both of them? Would it limit sound to one speaker, or would both work with all the speakers.

I think someone is telling stories here because you did not have a liver transplant and be discharged from the hospital in 3 days. Never would happen ever. The only thing they do for a liver that fails is a transplant and it takes a long time to go through the whole process of getting evaluated and then being accepted and put on the national waiting list to receive an organ. You talk as though it's some little minor surgery you had done. Most people stay for at least 2 weeks after a transplant. That's when everything goes well. I stayed for 63 days. I don't believe you ever had a transplant.

Get my kid to behave at school?

I'm at a loss. My 6 year old son comes home everyday with a bad note. He's in a program where the school sends home a report every day on his behavior. He gets points on being safe, responsible, and respectful. Then it's added up in a percentage. He has to have like at least 80% to meet his goal for the day. They send the week's total percentage through email every week. His biggest thing is not wanting to do his work or listen to the teacher. I've tried rewarding him, taking away dessert and special treats, not letting him play outside with friends, housework. At school he doesn't even want to try doing his work and he has to stay in during recess to finish, then he still refuses or acts out/throws tantrums. He also has a problem hitting and biting when people make him made. He's been kicked off the bus like 5 times. He crumbles up his report. He was in an accident when he was 18 months old and had a concussion. His hearing was messed up a bit after, but we never knew for awhile. He forgot a lot of things he learned, he was behind in speech, he had to have occupational therapy, he's in language therapy, and has an IEP. I don't know whether it has something to do with the school, me, or if my son just doesn't care anymore. He lived with grandpa for a little while so I don't know if he was just spoiled or what. We struggle at home with him too. He has a lot of break downs and tantrums and hits his 2 year old brother (he's even charged and ed him when he was younger). When I talk to him about what happened at school he avoids the subject, sometimes even changing the subject randomly. Have any of you had similar struggles?

My Pediatrician told me to give my son 2-3 ounces because he has a?

problem with reflux and he is on Zantac. She said that he was gaining a lot of grams during the day that is out of her range that she likes. I do respect her, she is a great pediatrician. However, when I go to burp him during and after he eats he still cries. I WAS feeding him 4 ounces every 3-4 hours, and now he is a 3 ounces. But he cries some after I feed him. Since I have had him I have NEVER seen him stop eating because he is full. I feel he could eat until he explodes! Does he just wanna suck on something? He will cry all the way up until I give him the pacifier, and then he will still cry and I have to rock him and "Shh" him to calm him down and that takes a while. Any thoughts?

SEVERE Doggie separation anxiety, NEED HELP!!!!?

I rescued Bear on March 26, 2010. He had been in the shelter for 6 weeks. I don't know much about his history, but, can guess he was abused and neglected. I believe he was just left to fend for himself outside. He was infested with ticks. For the first month I had him, he REFUSED to go outside, I'd get his leash on him and he would immediately panic. I would pick him up and take him out and he would simply sit down and shake uncontrollably. It got to the point where I felt like I was doing more harm than good, so, he began using puppy pads. I was eventually able to gain his trust and convince him that going outside was okay. Now, he loves going out and going for walks. Shortly after accomplishing the huge goal of getting him outside, he began with the extremely destructive behavior. The issue I'm having now is that he has SEVERE SEVERE separation anxiety. He has eaten all of my window sills down the the drywall, eaten drywall, stripped door, window and wall trim off, he has destroyed all my blinds, eaten my couch, pulled the mattress off the bed in an attempt to get at the upstairs window. He destroyed his first crate, by eating the plastic side and opening the wire gate enough to slide through (I still don't know HOW he got through the spot he did). I got him an ASPCA metal cage, which I reinforced and double locked the latches. He bent the wires and managed to escape through a 3 inch gap. He's 50 pounds and a medium sized dog... Last weekend, my vet put him on Reconcile. We have been doing the behavior modification training, I have desensitized him to my keys and the door locking as I leave. The day before yesterday, I came home from work and there was very little damage, I felt like "Yay! Finally, SOMETHING'S working" Yesterday, I came home and he had taken the cover off my a/c unit (I live in an apt that has an a/c unit like hotel rooms have) and he had stripped more trim from around the door. I tried bitter spray, it had absolutely no affect on him. He continued to eat the walls and woodwork. Funny thing is, interestingly enough, from the time I adopted him, whenever I'd come home, he was neither anxious, excited or really very concerned that I was home. It seems like his trigger is me leaving on work days. I have been changing up my routine, my habits in the morning on work days, as well as on weekends. I don't say good bye to him in the mornings or make a big fuss about my departure. I have tried attention diverting toys, bones, etc. However, he has absolutely no interest in toys. He has an entire basket of toys that he has never even attempted to touch. He has very little interest in bones. He is not treat or toy driven. He gets walked 3-4 times a day for 30-45 minutes at a time. I'm running out of options to help him out. I can only imagine how frustrated he must be, because I know how frustrated I am.

Guys:How do you act when a girl you like is talking to you?

I'm just interested how you act. Theres this guy I like I hadn't spoken to him alot as I'm shy. Hes kinda quiet but not shy as he does speak out in cl and stuff sometimes and hes very clever. My DVD/CD drive won't work?

I have a Dell Vostro 1700 with Windows 7. My disc drive won't work . it opens and takes discs , but it shows up under "Computer" as BD-ROM Drive (E:) and when i click it an error comes up and it says "E:/ application not found" . iTunes tells me that I don't have disc burning software and when I put in discs nothing happens . I can't use blank cds or use music cds or movies on dvd . if i click "Manage" when i right click "Computer" and go to the device manager , it shows up under cd/dvd drives as "DADYHQ BGHYB012 SCSI Cd Rom Device" . i tried updating it but it says that its updated as much as it can be , and it tells me under its properties that it is working properly . please help .

Wow, I love them all! They are all really great combinations and just seem to belong together. For the girls my favs are April Charlotte and Audrey Katherine. April Charlotte is a bit old fashioned but simply charming and Audrey Katherine is so clic and cute. For the boys I love Nathaniel William and Neil Jackson. Why are these 2 police officers wasting time pleading not guilty? Do they actually think their still going to be cops and get less of a sentence if they plead not guilty, that the victim doesn't know if she was d, even though she says it in court everyday and points them out? They have pictures of the cops going into her apartment house 3 times on a shift. They say they wanted to check on her and now claim she was so drunk she knows nothing. I agree with you, Sawyer is the best one. Personally I think two middle names is pushing it, but if my husband insisted on a name that I disliked, I would be okay giving a child two middle names. What you want to do is go to your local SKATESHOP (NOT wal-mart, target, K-mart ETC). Go get a premade board there that is fairly cheap and start riding around on your driveway for awhile. Once you get the hang of things like with pushing your board, and manueling you can start with simple tricks like the ollie. The absolute best way to get better is to skate with a friend, you can always learn from each other. Pre-made boards are around 80 dollars I think. Have fun! I've been skating for about 3 years now

Yes, the property is for sale. This summer they plan on a full concert series but after that, nobody knows for sure. It all depends on who buys the land. Another promoter could buy it and continue having concerts or it could be sold for either commercial or residential development. I think the owners decided that they could probably make more money by selling than putting on concerts. I live in the same county and land is at a premium in this area. I guess we will have to wait and see after this summer. I hope it remains a concert venue because it is fairly close to me.

Should a Christian divorce?

I have been separated from my husband for nearly 2 months due to his anger and abuse issues. In those 2 months he has not changed. What made matters worse was that he left after I had been ordered to bedrest because the pregnancy was causing me medical problems with my heart.So after 9yrs of me taking care of everyone, here was his chance to finally take care of the family and instead of doing that he left. I kept my son and when he was born my husband and I got back together again. I allowed him back because my son and my daughters needed their father.The problem here is that even after all this time. I still can’t bring myself to love him the way I used to or even at all most days. I like him, he is good friend and an ok father but I don’t love him. i am an experience ESL teacher and i you can tell you friend the best way to improve your spelling in english is to actually READ as much as possible. magazines, books, the closed captions on the television...anything. the reason being, english is not spelled pheonetically, and so english speakers actually learn to spell by memorizing certain patterns, which are learned by SEEING...ie READING. tell your friend to read, and really look at the words as she reads. if she reads deliberately, paying attention to the words, her spelling could improve dramatically....with little effort as far as taking cles, or studying

3 Week old daughter congested...Help please!!?

My daughter is 3 weeks old and I am guessing caught a cold from my 18 month old son. She is very congested in the nose and coughing. You could go to Branson MO. The motels there are cheap, and the food isn't that expensive either, especially if you go to the local places. The best BBQ place I've ever been to is Danna's. Of course being from KC you may have a different taste in BBQ. Right now is the off season in Branson... they won't be picking up again until probably March sometime. There is tons of shopping there (3 outlet malls) and some free things like the fish hatchery. I don't know what kind of vacation you're looking for or how old everyone in your group is, but we drive from NM to Branson every year for vacation. With money being an issue for you, Branson might be a good choice since it's only about 200 miles from where you live. Good luck finding somewhere fun to go on your vacation!

Problem neighbour/friend?

I have lived here for 15 years, and made friends with my closest neighbours, but have sort of steered clear of one who came across as a bit snobby, Anyway, when my little cat was killed outside, she gathered me up and mopped my tears and I changed my opinion of her (Briefly).. 2 days later, she came across with holiday brochures and suggested a Rhine Cruise.. me and her... alarm bells.. I made excuses and things went back to normal.. Then she invited all her neighbours to a Christmas drinks and mince pies thing and I went.. She asked me in front of everyone what had happened to my husband.. who had left me 2 years previously.. I was so stunned I told her the truth, and it turned out she KNEW the girl involved (I honestly don't think, despite the obvious, she did know this before), and offered to find out stuff about her etc. I said emphatically no no no, I had kept my own counsell about this and felt I had survived it with dignity, so certainly didn;t want to go sniffing around now. Over the next few months, she phoned me and called in with her latest little nugget of into until I said firmly 'NO' and actually did the fingers in the ear thing saying ; la la la I can;t hear you'.. and made it a policy of mine to keep her very much at arms length. I also discovered that minute details of my life had been repeated to this womans daughter, who knew the girl who my ex was with, and who in turn repeated it to her.My distancing myself became a problem for her, until she phoned me late one night and asked me what my problem was, so I told her,,, she had interfered in my life, after I had asked her not to, and she had gossiped about me. Her response was a spiteful attack saying I needed to face facts, my husband had left me... etc etc.. I told her that I KNEW this very well, thanks, and she was the one going on about it.. since then, I have completely cut her out of my life.. I'm civil to her, tried not to make an enemy of her, but encouraged no conversation at all.. Today, one of my sweet kind elderly neighbours came to see me very concerned about this womans behaviour... my life, my comings and goings, etc etc etc are being broadcast far and wide.. any people she sees visiting my house, if she doesn;t know who they are, well, she guesses and then repeats it as fact.. and then, a letter arrives this afternoon, saying 'I owe her, and that she was my friend and have treated her badly'.. This by the way, is a woman of 70, apparently respectable middle cl church going etc.. what the hell do I do? I am considering sending her a letter saying all this, as at least words cannot then be misconstrued exaggerated or manipulated, but worry that this would make things worse

Talking my little sis.......?

haha wow same ages, and same problem. Mine was jussssssssst like this. My little sister came to me which was weird because she normally kept to her self. But she said she had a question about "girl stufff". Then my dad came in and said she had to leave for cheer leading practice. Later that night I didn't know if she was gonna ask me or want me to ask her. So I decided that if she was gonna ask me in the first place about "girl stuff" she must have get comfortable with asking me. The biggest thing I was afraid of was making her feel like pressured to ask me or creep-ed out and awkward. But that didn't happen. I didnt want her to think I forgor about her wanting to ask me something or think I didnt care so I confronted her. She asked her lil' question. And things are back to normal. Except she feels more comfortable with asking these things with me because im cool about it. I think If you make it seem like its nothing to creep-ed out by asking, they feel more comfortable talking to you and asking questions. Hope I helped ! & Good Luck! :)

Why can't I eat ham cooked in a crock pot?

because a crock pot cooks food slowly from start to finish including getting the food to the safe zone. at a lower " crock pot" temperature it takes much longer to properly heat the food than if cooking at higher "oven" temperatures. Most people never notice the difference but you just may be hyper sensitive or more sensitive to it than most people.
